Warm Beet Salad DressingA thing as lovely as the quinoa beet salad deserves a classy dressing completely its own, which is precisely what we do here, starting from green figs and black pepper to garlic and lemon juice ground together with cilantro and hemp seed oil. Ingredients, albeit familiar, are always new in the hands of a seasoned Chef. Intermingled with love, they create an unusually great tasting dressing.

And also get to see how our creative culinary host plates the same dish two different and colorful ways. One where there is a dollop of the dressing crowned together with red beets. The second, where green figs rule at the top.

One could almost be forgiven for thinking these were two exotic desserts. They just might taste so. Worth recreating to discover.

Vaidya Priyanka

Vaidya Priyanka or Vaidyaji, as she is often called, comes from a 720 year old lineage of women Ayurvedic healers from Kerala ,India.

In her practices all over the world, she teaches the principles of Ayurveda and how to integrate the various applications of this ancient science alongside nutritional supplements of the West — medicated oil applications, aromatherapy, color therapy, yoga, nutrition, music, cooking, dance, exercise and meditation—into people's daily lifestyles as part of their own healing journey.
